I am turning into 21st next month! And, probably because of this age transition that I am able to see and understand myself clearer.

I have always admired those talented and ambitious people who know what they wanted to do from a very young age because they waste no time and energy in doing things they do not like. Having to grow up without knowing what are my strengths and what I want to do, made me feel like there was no reason to live, no future to look forward to and it just felt like I was wasting every second of my life. I was once told that, our lives are shortened with every breath we take. As dramatic as it may sound, but that was truly how I felt back then.

Veterinarian, zoologist, teacher and many other study fields came to my mind but none came true. I was still with no direction and thus, decided to follow what my dad wanted me to do. Though many believe that I shouldn't follow what my dad had planned for me, I have never regretted one bit. Instead, it brought me a step closer to what I wanted to do. Accounting and finance that's it!

If I were to be given the question "what do you see yourself in five (or ten) years' time?" few years back, I would probably be taken aback by this question. But now, I am glad, happy, relieve (any positive emotion you can think of) that I know what the answer is and roughly how will my future look like.

I may not be a successful or inspiring person in the world, but I still have to say that, finding who myself am and what I wanted to do, wasn't a bed of roses. I started thinking about my future when I was 16years old and now that I am almost 21, I finally know what I want to do. It took me about five years to figure out! I guess it's not about the time frame. Some people found it at an early age and there are people who go through life without having to know what they want to do. I guess, I am just one of the lucky and blessed person to finally know what I want to do. Along the process, it involves discouragements from people who do not have faith in you and some time as well as money wasted.

Now, all that is left for me to do, is to talk to my current manager and hopefully he understands (I guess he will, he is a nice person! And, he was one of the people who helped me to discover my future! ありがとう！）. Finish up my finals and my last semester in HELP! Start looking for a new and relevant job! Get an internship! I have about 10 months for all these! Fingers crossed that all these will turn out the way I want it to be!

To me, discovering myself to find out who I am, my purpose in life and what I want to do in the future is very important!

I do not want to die, not knowing who myself am, that's rather scary -

it's like a person without soul;

I do not want to die, having to do or accomplished nothing -

then, what's the purpose of living?

I do not want to die, not having to inspire someone (though not yet, but I believe I will, SOON!) -

only then, your legacy lives on.

Go, discover yourself!

As cliche as it may sound, but

everyone is special in their own way!

Some day, I will!

It's funny how life has changed us, it's true - "Change is the law of nature".

There will surely be a new beginning of life and an ending to life every day, every hour, every minute and every second. Our life is constantly going through changes, be it small or big.

Constantly whining over what has past doesn't make much changes to the present - learn from mistakes;
Constantly fantasizing the future doesn't guarantee a great life ahead - work for it;
Indulging in the present might not improve your current state - but you will definitely be living life to the fullest
-- because you are living at the moment!

Regrets used to be my everyday best friend back then;
but soon I learn that, regrets made me what I am today.
Without those bitter sweet regrets, maybe my life will not be how it is today.

Instead of living with regrets, we should embrace and be thankful of our regrets (and always learn from mistakes!)

Time zoom pass so quickly that I can barely keep up with it! It feels like May just began, but the actual fact is, it is coming to an end! Semester is ending, exam is drawing closer and I can smell stress. Bad dreams have become a very loyal visitor to my dream every night! Oh, I just can't wait for holidays and I have already had tonnes of plans for holidays!

Here's a short update:

Went for Charity Movie (Thor) @ Cineileisure

We managed to squeeze in some time for camping @ Adeline's Rest House, Gopeng with zegang & the ♥ for a 2D1N homestay!

Surprise dinner date @ Tao Cuisine, Sunway Giza with zelove,

some more teaching, lectures, tutorials, assignment, exams, ...

give me some more and I think I'm going to die.

With age, comes responsibilities.

You have to be responsible in your talkings,

you have to be responsible in your doings;

You can't just do what you want and what you like,

because everything you do or say does not only affect you, but also people around you.

I miss being a kid, where there's no burden on my back;

I miss being a carefree kid, with no stress and worries;

As we grow older, the world doesn't involve only you but people around you.

As we grow older, more and more people are introduced into our lives;

first, we have our childhood friends,

then we make friends with people who will allow us to copy their homework,

along the way, we made enemies,

then we have those good friends who will back you up in times of trouble;

soon enough, we meet our soul mates

and then, eventually, we will build a family.

With more and more people introduce into our lives, decisions made have to think carefully;

as to not hurt people's feelings.

Gone are the days where you can do anything you like without thinking much;

gone are the days where you can utter everything you want to say without thinking twice.

As we grow older, we care so much about our surroundings, physically and mentally,

that whatever we do or say is not the purest anymore.

I miss being a kid, with true feelings and emotions.

I miss being a kid, where I can just cry whenever I want to,

with no strange glances.

As we grow older, we become more coward than before.

When we were a kid, we want to try this, we want to try that;

"Afraid", "Scared", "Death" are never in the dictionary of a kid.

Kids were taught that,

it's okay to fall down, so long as you get back up!

or, what my mum used to tell me,

it's okay to be hurt, so long as you learn your lesson and gained that experience.

But, why is it that, as we grow older, all these beliefs are no longer practiced.

I personally feel that, there are so many things to learn from kids;

to be honest with ourselves

(and not be pressured by peer influences),

to be honest with our feelings

(and not act like a tough soldier on the outside, when in truth you are so fragile in the inside),

to be honest with our doings

(and not learn to run away from our mistakes but learn to admit and get the courage to say sorry).

There are so many things I wanted to try when I was younger but now, I do not have the courage anymore,

or perhaps, I am not in the right situation to do so.

I wanted to learn diving,

I wanted to go sky diving,

I wanted to try out air-stewardess and many more...

But, with responsibilities on my back, I know that I can't, or at least not at the moment.

不开心就离开, 是对的吗?

人在江湖, 身不由己.

I am dying to leave this damn place which I feel not worthwhile at all but there are many things to consider.

I wonder if people still frequent this place but it doesn't really matter, is the passion that is keeping it going.

I think I am having a little emotion break down for quite some time. Confused.

How do you define a cheerful, optimistic, bubbly girl? How does someone like this do in time of sorrow? To not think about it? To find the good in bad? ... all these years, I thought I was handling my emotions, my sorrow well. But, oh dear, how wrong I am.

I think I have been running away from my problems. I think I have a very bad thinking, that is, by not think about it, I needn't face sorrow at all - then all my life will be happy, happy and happy! Guess I am very good at lying to myself? But, this is doing me no good. As I look back at a few down-moments in my life, all I see is regrets. I have no idea why, but somehow, while I was watching "Shaolin" in the cinema with a few other friends and the boy a few days ago, I suddenly think about this and very helplessly, my tear ducts were actively working.

I think if I was asked about a place/event which I wouldn't like going, will be the funeral. Why? I think I just want to run away from sorrow and maybe I don't like people seeing me tear. Death is fated but yet I have not gathered enough courage to face it.

Cousin's, aunty's, Lucky's and a few others... I was just too afraid to face it but it did leave me regrets for not being there at the very last sight. I learnt my lesson and I will be braver! I miss all of you.

It's been a while and many things have happened and changed over this short period of time. It's good for me, I suppose. Not doing the tradition (counting down to 2011 New Year) makes me feel "time lag". It feels as if I am still in 2010. Whatever is it, I had the time of my life in Japan! - the host families, the authentic, fresh Japanese food, the culture, the people, geisha-moments, etcetera. I miss Japan, unfortunately :(

I am suddenly at a loss of words - there's so many things that I want to talk about but I just don't know how and where to start from. :) Haha..

Anyway, since I came back from Japan few weeks ago, life has been wonderfully blissful thus far. Things have been going really great as compared to last year :) :)

I am always, always glad to have supportive yet entertaining zegang, a very wonderful boss, extraordinary colleagues, caring LJ, nice high school mates, the indescribable bonding of the siblings, the two very important people who will never fail me no matter what and the oneandonlyone who always pampers me and shows me unconditional love, I am contented. Without these, life will be different. I am blessed :)

Anyway, in just a blink of an eye, CNY is in two days' time and I still do not feel the festive feeling! Why oh why?! Time passes by so fast! In few weeks' time, the boy will be leaving and I will be left alone! Oh well.. In just few weeks' time, classes will be starting.. NO! I HAVE NOT PLAYED ENOUGH!!!! Oh well, time to face the reality. Anyway, those who so happen to come across this, you are all welcome to my house to get that red packet! Haha.. Just give me a buzz.

Hmmm... I don't know if anybody still frequents this blog but I am going to continue this shit. Haha...

Things been really wonderful to me up till now and I can say close to perfection. I do not really have anything to complain about, work wise, relationship wise, family wise, financial wise... whatever it is, I am loving it! Oh, I guess the only thing that I want to complain about is being 20! =@

Being old comes with a lot more responsibilities and force you to see the ugly side of world and all the political on goings of a company! Well, since young when everyone wants to grow up so badly, I have always had the Peter Pan syndrome, refusing to grow up! I don't want to work, I just want to play, and this is what my mum is most worried about, especially when I am taking so many breaks in between studies.

Life's been really great. Sometimes I wonder what have I done in the past that has granted me such blessed life now :) Work wise, I have a job which has secured me well since the moment I step out of high school, with nice boss and colleagues who will pamper me to great food and outings/activities once in a while. I have also a job which allows me to work with children, their naive and cute little faces have made my job a bliss though they can be quite a pain in the ass sometimes but, the goods have somehow outgrown the bads. :)

Relationship wise, really really wonderful! :) It's so wonderful that I do not know how to explain! I have a truck load of friends who love me and keeps me from getting bored, a boyfriend that makes me feel so bless and love, sexy mum who still loves me no matter how i tease her, a naggy dad who still loves me though I have always blown his top off and siblings who still stay by my side no matter how many times I told them they are annoying and I don't like them. ♥

What more can I ask for?

Am back from Singapore and China! Now, I finally understand the tiredness of traveling. Nevertheless, it was fun and I enjoyed! I must thanks Tony Fernandes for creating so much opportunity for me to travel! :) ♥

Food is so-so; People are so-so but the company was FANTASTIC! ♥

On the first day, we didn't do much. We went to...

Orchard road and loiter around =p

and

some random restaurants/bars/shops and "defame" them for the fun of it!

and

the infamous Merlion to wrap up the night!

And we started the second day early and spent almost the whole day at...

Yes, RM 172 on Universal studio

and

the old people went in to the Casino while the young people like me stay out!

Hmph!

And finally, some intensive shopping for the girls and some more betting for the guys before we bid farewell to the Merlion!

As soon as I reached my house, I started repacking my luggage bag for China. Out goes all the "summer" clothing and in goes all the "winter" clothing! 疲れた!

Oh... So this is how things are right now.
It feels so good to have cleared things out, better still, to be how I wanted it to be.

Never knew such things require bravery and never knew I am such a coward to embrace it. So much of believing in destiny, huh? Every time when I am approached with this kind of thing, I always thought that I was too young to commit; there are so much more out there to see, to explore and to experience. I guess it was just not the right one. But when it really happens, you can really feel the difference from the rest and, you will know what to do and how to work it out from there.

On another note, life's been really interesting, as always! and that's how life is supposed to be! =D Have never regretted granting myself half a year holiday, there's certainly not a necessity to rush through life. After all, I didn't really slack through my holidays, I worked and have classes too! Been attending Japanese class somewhere in Uptown and cooking class from a dear friend of mine! Have always love learning new things, after all, as the title of the blog says, "Life is Discovering". A new discovery every single day!

Things are quite different after the departure of you to China, that's at least for me. It feels weird to not see you online, though I know you are just a text away! Love how you are always to read my mind and sort things out for me. Miss all the philosophical talks we had. =p But, I guess it's a good thing also as I am able to sort my own problems out without depending on you. But still, miss you very much! Oh well, as they always say, "Change is the law of nature", it's unavoidable.

November is here real soon and been anticipating it. It's going to be interesting!

... because it gets better and better.

Still remember how my year started off with different kinds of dramas which seem never ending,

still remember how problems come after problems,

still remember standing in the middle of a crossroad, trying to redefine myself,

but recently, things are wonderful;

not completely perfect, but great enough!

I come up with this line -

"God doesn't give you something now because He has something better for you in the future"

and am loving it.

I am not really a religious person but mum has always taught me to give thanks:

Am grateful to have a bunch of awesome people (zegang) who seem to make everything possible - just came back from a camp with them few days ago and my whole body is itching because of all the insects bites!

Am grateful to have understanding parents who keep allowing me to take holidays from college to enjoy life, to do things I want to do and always there to lead me. ♥

Am anticipating all the lined up activities in the coming months,

unfortunately these activities has burnt a big hole in my pocket!

Life's been really good and will be so, for the near future!

Landed myself with 2 new jobs - need the money, heh! =X

I am suffering from After-Party-Syndrome right now and this syndrome sucks big time.

It makes you feel down and empty because for the past few days/ weeks, you have been spending with the same people over and over again, and now that they are gone, you feel superbly empty that you start to think "Why make friends when you know that they will be leaving?", at least that's how I think.

Anyway, as I have mentioned earlier in the previous post that I was superbly busy and why was I so busy?

Because, I hosted a Japanese Girl, Natsuho who is super tall (176cm) and she is only 17 years old! *blow whistle*

Was delighted to meet her for the very first time in KLIA after several information sharing through E-mail! And these are what we did for the past few weeks!

Family brought her to Batu Caves and climbed few fleets of stairs while I was happily sitting for my mid term!

Went for Banana Leaf Rice @ Bangsar with KLCC Leos, Ingvild from Norway, Louise from Belgium and my sister!

Stopped by Istana Negara for a quick snap shot!

Went for Youth Exchange Camp @ Puteri Resort, Malacca

Had Henna Painting and found someone from Thailand!

Went for Chicken Rice Ball near Jonker Street

Visited very expensive and nothing-much-to-see KL bird park for the very first time!

Stood on the KLCC Sky Bridge for the very first time!

Due to my busy schedule for the past few weeks, I noticed I have been neglecting a lot of my loved ones, work and studies! It proves that my time management really suck big time! =/

No matter how hard I tried to remind myself not to take things for granted and remember to love and appreciate those around me, I still fail to do so.

Been neglecting the one who raised me up since I was an infant -
a visit to her house yesterday only make me realise how suffocating she is and how much pain she is going through after the operation, the worst part is, she has to go through all this alone;

Been neglecting the loyal, faithful Oscar -
woke up with his absence and only found that he has to go for an ear operation after because of our negligent in caring him;

Been neglecting the family -
it's been ages since I have a proper sit down dinner with them;

Been neglecting studies;
and been neglecting work.

I need better time management!

I want to try out stewardess;

I want a freelance job now;

I want to learn piano & baking;

I want to be in shape;

but we only live once,

and that's all the time we have.

No matter how we wished that there's 25 hours in a day,

it will never ever happen,

and many times in life,

we have to prioritize and do only the most desire thing,

Meeting @ MM Cafe with the bunch on Saturday!
Finally able to see them boys after so loooonnnngggggg.
They are my laughter machine and am very proud to have them as my friends!

Life's been hectic yet fun filled.

Came back from the best Leo Forum that I have ever had @ Ipoh few days ago.
Dim sum @ Foh San, Taufu Fa @ Funny Mountain, black forest, decanter, tiramisu, heavenly breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice @ Indulgence are beyond awesome, it's HEAVEN!
To top it off, crazy, laugh-till-you-cry moments make the trip a wonderful and memorable one!
This trip came in time as an escapade for me from all the drama. :)

Went for some theater show named "Past Perfect Future Tense" yesterday @ KL Pac with all the awesome love life people!
Shane was one of the actors and it was great!
Good show, good relaxation.
Most importantly, good company, good bonding and good kepo-ing.
Nice mamak session (apom! yum, yum!) and nice beer-ing!

Life is wonderful and I know it is going to last.

Of self-realization moment.

I have always thought that when you hurt yourself, you will only feel the pain at that particular moment and once that awful moment has passed, you will be on the go again! That was what I used to think and believe. I think I am very used to shying away from hurtfulness. And, yesterday reminded me a lot of things.

You know I have never thought about myself as someone who is scared, a person who is so afraid to believe in that particular thing ever again until someone pointed it out to me that whatever I am thinking, however I am reacting is all because of past experiences. And for once, I admitted. There are things that are uberly obvious and I know it myself, but I just chose not to believe just to save my arse from feeling the pain.

And you know how people say that love is an uncontrollable emotion, I actually think that you have the will power to control yourself and choose if you want to submit yourself into it. I can do that and I am doing it. But once, you have passed the stage of deciding, that is when your emotion is out of control. When you are in the love trap, you will do stupid and outrageous things that when you look back in the future, you will probably say "Was I out of my mind then?" to yourself.

And, and, there are points in my life that I somehow think I will never ever meet "the one" because I've been meeting Mr. Wrongs for quite some time. Ya, I know I am still young and I have a lot of time but sometimes, it just felt like it will never happen. And probably I will be ending up, earning big bucks, travelling around the world, meeting other strangers and backpackers along the way. (and I actually kinda like this idea :D)

And, and, and how people say that God is fair. Like when you have something, you tend to lose out in something else. It's like if you are smart, you tend to not have good look. Sorry, no offence here ya? :) Therefore, I believe that I am very very blessed with having all the greatest friends around me, people who will never fail me and will be there for me anytime I call them, and the thing that I lose out on is finding the special someone. :)

Just in case if you are wondering if I am okay, I am :) No worries!

Finally, it has ended.

I was once told "The greatest regret in life is the stubborn insistence of the should not be upheld; but easily give up the should not give up" - 人生最大的遗憾，莫过于，太过轻易的放弃不该放弃的，固执的坚持了不该坚持的。 And it's because of this, I have decided to hold on though the road was rocky and slippery to walk on.

At the moment when I chose to take the risk, to walk on the rocky road, I have already expected a few falls, a few cuts here and there and perhaps, maybe a broken heart too. But, I told myself never ever look back and regret on the decision that I have made, because after all, it's a decision made by myself! True enough, no regrets after all these bitter moments. I have learned and I have grown.

Indeed, 2010 is a dramatic year!
What's next?
Bring it on!

Recently, my mind has not been working. I couldn’t think straight, I couldn’t think properly. I must have been really exhausted emotionally and physically.

Emotionally: I know what I am doing is not right. I chose to drown myself with work, I chose to keep myself busy, not allowing a single free moment for myself. Why? Just because I don’t want to think about the existing problem. I know I am running away from problem and the problem will not disappear on its own by me running away. I have to face it sooner or later.

However, when I am sitting here on a sunny, lonely Sunday, sipping on a cup of tea filled with love, I tried to ask myself what I really want, but, I can’t find an answer. I am not sure the thing that I used to long so badly for is something I still want now. Because when looking back, I see more sorrow than laughter. I am not saying there can’t be more laughter than sorrow but compromising, understanding and the willingness to care is a must. And these are the things that I don’t see or feel. In the past, I cared too much for others causing me to forget about myself.

Sometimes, I feel that I am the only one against the world. Yes, I am blessed with the bestest people on earth but then I can’t always rely on them right? Sometimes, I just have to walk through my problems myself and then only I grow. But, I still have to say that I owe a lot to those who called me up in the middle of the night to talk and put a smile back on my face, telling me that if all fails, I still have them with me. It’s nice to know that I have friends like that and it’s nice to feel the love. Who doesn’t love to be loved right?

And it’s true that I have been running in and out from this kind of thing for quite some time. It’s time for me to take things slowly to my own pace, and for once, put my own feelings and good will before others. I have been treating myself real bad, I know. “ 好好休息吧！” and “Do you think it’s worth it?” are the things that have been said to me.

For now, I am still not sure if it’s worth it. Am I giving up? I am not sure too and this is an all time question that I want to avoid. I know people want me to give up, a part of me asked me to give up and another part of me asked me not to give up. Conclusion? I don’t know. I sort of want to give it a try though.

Physically: Tired with juggling two works at the same time. Though tired, am enjoying every moment of it. Thus, I will not complain and whine!

I love, love and love working in Boost! The people there are really awesome! The cutting, washing, scooping and carrying things around have sore my muscles. Having muscle ache right now and quite happy that the muscles are burning. Meaning I am gaining muscle while working which is something good! :D

Most importantly, the colourful fruits and yoghurts make me smile! J Colourful things have never failed to cheer me up. That’s why I love rainbow. To me, rainbow represents happiness, hopes and dreams! I have so many things and places to do and go but I hate to say this, I have not enough time!

Though there’s a bitter part of my life going on right now, overall, it’s good. Feel very contented with life at this moment! Remember to love yourself before loving others! Do not ever neglect yourself! ©

A month holiday has officially started since last week.Am loving lots of stuff lately.

Firstly, I love my job a lot!
I started on a new job yesterday and I enjoyed it a lot! I was assigned to cut organes upon my arrival and I did it like a snail!
The manager is very approachable, very friendly and make me feel like I am a part of them.
The partners are very funny, helpful and very patient in teaching me new stuff!
The ingredients and juices are very colourful and somehow, they cheer me up!
The working environment is very relaxing yet busy which I love it a lot too!
Many people may not know why did I choose to work here but it's because of its motto - love life!
Yup, all in all, am enjoying every moments of it. Loving it!

Secondly, I love casual dates.
Went on a casual date with someone significant last friday.
Watched being human or something like that. Great show!
Casual dates like this help to relax me a lot!

Thanks for always being there for me, telling me you want me to be good and happy and everything!

But, I know one thing, I have been leaving out my family due to juggling two works at the same go as well as Leo. I promise, I will make it up to all who love me! I will be up and strong!

There are things that I do not understand. Should I just leave it unsolved or should I find answers to them?

Anyway, I think I learned something recently, that is, to hold on strongly to your decision, no matter what happen. I gotta learn this!

As much as I want to go overseas as soon as possible, I dread the idea at the same time as well. It is like a love-hate relation. I know that there are still around two years until I am gone from here, but I do not know why, at the thought of leaving things I love behind, makes me sad.

I used to not understand the term "shopping therapy" but now, I do.

Went for a lil shopping therapy this afternoon. There were a few times when I walked pass those romance movie posters, it suddenly struck me that, I do not have a special someone to watch it with anymore. Not that I am complaining. As much as I want a special someone to do all these special things with, I do not want to desperately get into something with the wrong one. Wei Keat, I know you are reading this, time for some movie and apom? :) Buzz me!

I also used to not understand how people can manage to eat with no one else but themselves and how people enjoy spending time alone, but today, I finally understood.

I used to shrug off the idea of doing things alone, even just a short distance walk with yourself ticks me off. But today, I spent almost the whole day doing things alone and I kinda enjoy it.

A shopping therapy with myself to ease the confusion in me, a study date with myself at mcdonald's and also a visit to the saloon made today a great day! I love the idea that I am putting work aside, instead of agreeing to what others throw me into and pamper and relax myself! How much more interesting can life be?!

Busy is my love,
Stress is my addiction;

I know it may not be as busy and as stressful as those who are outside in the rat race but still, compare to last time when I can watch 5 episodes of Hong Kong drama per day, it is. No complain, because I am enjoying it full heartedly! Life is good! =)

On another note, aku nak travel! Aku nak road trips! Life will be even more rainbow-ish with travelling and road trips! Someone up there, please grant me some travelling kakis who are not busy in the rat race, please and thank you! I don't like you, rat race! Falling makes one stronger, but getting up or not is another story.

Few days back, I stumbled on my old blog and I read through the blog posts and the comments left by my dear friends. There is one comment which I really like - "Making the wrong decision is better than not able to make any decision – wonderwall." I remember I always feel motivated after reading it, especially every time when I am in the middle of a cross road, not knowing which road to take, not knowing where will the road lead me to. I am not sure about others, but I am a person who is afraid to make decision, fearing that whatever I made will give me a hard fall. Do you have the same feeling? But, I am lucky enough to have special friend like this to keep me motivated, keep me going and to assure me that I am alright from time to time. Wonderwall, if you are still reading this, thank you and I hope the weather over your side is sunshine all the way :)

So, to whoever is in the middle of a crossroad, I hope this – "Making the wrong decision is better than not able to make any decision" helps.

Life is settling down, lesser dramas as compared to few months back. Thanks to all these dramas contributors for making my life an interesting one! Not being sarcastic here k, I am being serious! Anyway, I have been busy keeping myself occupied with a lot of dates lately. Yea, I have been dating! After spending time with them, I am glad to say that I have known them better, hopefully they know me better as well. But also, thanks to them I have to spend lesser time with another love of my life – my Hong Kong series! How I wish I have 30 hours in a day! Anyway, my dates will be gone very soon! My date number 1, Law Assignment is going off next Wednesday! My date number 2 and 3, Marketing and Accounting Assignment are going off next, next week! =D Hehe..! Finals in four weeks' time! People, remember to remind me to study k? Please, please, please nag me! Can't wait for 22^nd April because that is when my exam ends! Any plans for me? Ask me out!

I know there is still one month or so until holidays, but I am already in the jolly holiday mood! Hmmm… do you have a list of "Things to do before I Die"?

Participate in a splashing water festival!
Go backpack around the world with my other half (if I find mine la!)
Run a marathon

Go for an all nature trip – no handphones, catch your own fish, cook your catch, etcetera…
Cross country on a bicycle!
Learn another language! Vietnamese? Haha..
Take an African Safari Tour

My head is full of question marks – Will this last? How long will it last? Is it real? Is it serious? Will there be a change of mind? Is it a desirable decision? Should I believe the horoscope (I sound so superstitious)?

I just want honesty though honesty might hurt but at least I know the truth and no longer do I have to live in the world of question marks. I am not complaining nor am I dreading these moments. It is all these that make life interesting – unsur suspense! For some reason, I am sure this is what I want, for now and always. But, they say one hand doesn’t make any sound; if I am the only one who wants, it’s quite pointless. It’s as if I am living in my own world. Perhaps, I am a little insecure? Perhaps, I need some affirmation? I don’t know.

My guiding stars are all gone, or at least, most of them. I am now living life with all the objections and discouragements. Perhaps, they are all overly protective, even more than how I protect myself. I appreciate it. People tell me that whatever I do, I need to take care of other feelings as well but isn’t that unfair to myself? If that is so, who takes care of my feelings then?

The past month hurts me a lot. I found out a lot about myself which I, myself didn’t notice or have a thought about it before. I am flirty, I am demanding, I am pampered, I am rude, I am selfish, I am blunt, I am….and the list goes on and on. So much of life is discovering huh?

Flirty? I don’t know – different ways of thinking, I guess?

Demanding? I don’t know or even understand how this is applicable to me. Someone, enlighten me please?

Pampered? Loving it!

Rude? I’ll try to change and I am sure I can!

Selfish? Controversial.

Blunt? Perhaps, I am being too straight forward. I will try to think before I speak and learn to phrase my saying to minimize the hurtfulness!

The truth is always ugly but I am always willing to accept the ugliness of life. It feels like I am on my own and I believe, because of this, I will grow.

First quarter of 2010 ends this month and second quarter begins next month. I vow to continue discovering life in second quarter and give in 110 % in everything I do, be it a minor one or a major one. I also vow to jog, jog, jog and never forget about my meals!

Like I have said in the previous post, 2010 has been quite drama so far, at least for me. I am going through the downs much more than the ups. Life has not been treating me well enough but I believe it will get better! Out goes the downs, here comes the ups (soon!)!

What's up?

Dramas from the year before is still not completely solve. It is still lingering around in the shadow which I really dislike!
Attended boss's well-planned wedding. Admire and envy them for what they have been through, good and bad. Had deep thoughts about it.

System changed in work place and am still trying to accept the changes.
Attended Leo Club of Jinjang's 25th anniversary dinner. Reminds me of school days and am missing my ol' friends! I promise, meet up after cny, especially sharon, shin lin and justin!

Attended company's annual dinner/ Chinese New Year dinner! Bonds are being strengthened!

House got broken into and have a huge ass lost! The more mum tries to hide her feelings, the more hurt and sad I am. Still trying to get over this thing and yet again, I feel blessed for some reason!
Uncle's aquarium shop got burnt down on purpose! All these people shall be burnt in hell! What goes around, comes around!
Many friends are unhappy and facing many unhappy things! Cheer up all! Out goes the downs, here comes the ups! Challenges and obstacles make us stronger!

I am torn between relationship

and my dream;

I feel lost, confused

and helpless all at the same time.

The former makes me regret

for not going after what I, myself want;

the latter makes me a selfish person

for giving you up to get what I want.

I feel empty.

I want the past as much as I want

my future - my dream.

I need the understanding from you

and the people around me.

I want a stop at all the pointing fingers,

I need support, a shoulder and ears.

I feel lost.

Rainbow makes me happy;

shooting stars give me hope and future;

that was how I used to think.

But,

instead of happiness, hope and future,

all I am feeling now is emptiness.

I have loving families,

I have caring friends,

I have protective braddas,

I have great jimui,

I know I am blessed with all the greatest people on earth,

but something is still missing.

Actions are done explaining;

Tears are done shedding;

Comforting words are done repeating;

Yet,

I am not what I used to be.

"Dreams and relationship do exist together," -

if only I am more open minded.

I still believe or rather

think that dreams and relationship are both enemies.

Why I Like It Longer?

There is a phrase saying, "Every one dies but not every one lives". It simply means every one will eventually dies at the end but what makes it different is, whether you die young or old. Because of the end result of life - death, we should appreciate the process instead. Thus, I would like to have a longer life!

With longer life,

I get to travel to more places in detail, meaning I get to go to every small little parts of the world. Because with studies, work and families, I can't do so in such limited time.

With longer life,

I can (re)study what I want to - Zoology (my biggest regret ever!). Take whatever courses I want to, without having to worry about wasting my time.

With longer life,

I want to try out different career paths - air-stewardess, working in the hotel industry and many other more.
